Kelvin Wee Kai Wen is a corporate trainer and organisational development practitioner with over 8 years of experience across training consultancy, human resources, employee engagement, and business operations.
Holding a Master of Education (Educational Psychology) and currently pursuing a Doctor of Education at UNITAR, Kelvin integrates behavioural science principles with practical workplace applications to strengthen leadership capability, improve team effectiveness, and enhance workplace performance.
Kelvin believes training should be practical and adopts a down-to-earth approach to developing meaningful workplace skills.
